MANUFACTURED BOAT WINDOWS “PENGALANTY” – DURING 2004

I felt I must write to you about the boat windows you manufactured for me over 8 years ago. They have been such a great success, far beyond my expectations. Even after more than 8 years of the gruelling use of a "Livaboard" boat, (It is my home), the windows are in almost showroom condition today. This hasn't been due to any special care or attention on my part; I am rather hard on things I use on a daily basis. It has been solely due to the high standard of materials, workmanship and the personal pride of every single operative in your factory, during the manufacture all those years ago. I am so glad, that after seeing other manufacturers, I decided that you were my choice of company for me. I was looking for a well-made window, with lasting qualities, as it was my intention to retire on my narrow boat. Your staff were interested in giving me exactly what I wanted, and after visiting your Tyseley works a couple of times, you gave me the confidence to place my order with you. Even after over 8 years of use, they are still 100% serviceable - I am as pleased with my purchase as I was on the day I placed the order. A big/ Big/ BIG/ Thank You!
